Dapat lang malaman niyo / All of you should know
Bilib ako sa kulay ko / I’m proud of my color
Ako ay Pilipino / I am Filipino
Kung may itim o may puti / If there’s black or there’s white
Mayro’n namang kayumanggi / There’s also brown/tan
Isipin mo na kaya mong / Think that you can
Abutin ang yung minimithi / Reach your aspirations
Dapat magsumikap para tayo’y di maghirap / We should strive as not to suffer
Ang trabaho mo pagbutihin mo / Do well in your work
Dahil pag gusto mo ay kaya mo / Because if you want it, you can do it
Kung kaya mo ay kaya niya / If you can do it, so can he/she
At kaya nating dalawa / And we both can do it
Magaling ang atin / Our own are capable
Iyan ang laging iisipin / Always keep that in mind
Pag asenso’y mararating / Success can be reached
Kung handa kang tiisin / If you’re ready to endure
Ang hirap at pagod sa problema / Through the hardship and exhaustion of problems
‘Wag kang malunod / Don’t drown
Umahon ka / Come up to the surface
‘Wag lumubog / Don’t sink
Pagka’t ginhawa naman ang susunod / Because relief will be next
Iwasan mo ang inggit / Avoid envy
Ang sa iba’y ibig mong makamit / You covet those of others
Dapat nga ika’y matuwa sa napala ng iyong kapatid / When instead you should be happy for the blessings your fellow man receives
Ibig kung ipabatid / I want to let you know
Na lahat tayo ay kapit-bisig / That we’re all in this together

Dapat lang ay pag-usapan ang hindi nauunawaan / Misunderstandings need to be discussed
‘Wag takasan ang pagkukulang / Don’t run away from shortcomings
Kasalanan ay panagutan / Take responsibility for wrongdoings
Magmalinis ay iwasan / Avoid pretending to be clean
Nakakainis marumi naman / It’s annoying when you’re actually dirty
Ang magkaaway ipag-bati / Mediate between enemies
Gumitna ka at ‘wag kumampi / Stay in the middle and don’t take sides
Lahat tayo’y magkakapatid / We’re all siblings
Ano mang mali ay ituwid / Straighten out the wrongs
Magdasal sa Diyos maykapal / Pray to God Almighty
Maging banal at ‘wag hangal / Be righteous and not stupid
Itong tula ay alay ko / This poem I dedicate
Sa bayan ko at sa buong mundo / To my country and the whole world
